Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at ROUND- UP Country Music Festival on Saturday, April 5 at Rancho Santa Susana Community Park. This event is a major fundraising event for the Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley!
We are primarily looking for vendors who provide hand crafted items and items for sale. We will take applications on a first come first served basis and may not approve
more than one of the same type of vendor.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Applications are accepted on a first come first served basis
- Vendors must be at least 18 years of age
- Vendors must have a Simi Valley City Business Tax Certificate ( Call the City of Simi Valley at (805) 583-6736)
- Vendors must provide proof of insurance (see application for the AI needed)
- Vendor Spaces are 10 ’x 10’. If you require more space, you must reserve two booths
- Cost: $100 for crafters | $175 for all others
- Booths must be set up by 10:45 AM on April 5, and may not be torn down or packed up prior to 7:00 PM
- Vendors MUST supply their own table, chairs and canopy. Hand trucks or carts are advised
- There is no electric power available for merchant vendors
- Booth locations will be assigned on the day of the event
- Vendors may arrive no earlier than 9:30 AM.
- No booth sharing
- Vendors will receive two event passes and one parking pass
- No vendor generators will be allowed
- Fees are non-refundable after March 15, 2025
- The Kiwanis Club of Simi Valley reserves the right to refuse space to any vendor
