Important information

 Welcome to the ROUND-UP Country Music Festival! We are thrilled to have you join us for a day of music, food, and fun. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all festival-goers, please follow these important instructions:

1. Please bring lowback chairs and blankets to sit on.  
2. Shade umbrellas are allowed when sitting on the perimeter of the audience area.  Umbrellas blocking the view of other guests will be asked to take them down. Shade canopies are not allowed.
3. No firearms are allowed on festival grounds. All attendees will be subject to a security check before entering the event.
4. Coolers are not permitted at the festival. Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site.
5. Only small bags and backpacks are allowed. All bags will be subject to search upon entry.
6. Smoking is not permitted within the festival grounds. Designated smoking areas will be marked on the festival map.
7. Pets are not allowed at the festival, with the exception of service animals.
8. Please be mindful of your surroundings and respect the rights of others. Disorderly conduct, including excessive drinking, will not be tolerated and may result in eviction from the festival.
9. In the case of an emergency, please follow the instructions of festival staff and emergency personnel.
10. No re-entry

No matter what parking option you choose, it's important to arrive early to secure your spot. Gates open at 11:30 am, and parking lots will fill up quickly, so be sure to allow plenty of time to find a spot and make your way to the festival.
